Our products are delivered by post, taxipost, courier service or by 'The Winechapter' itself.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are stated on your order form. Shipping costs depend on the number of bottles.
Deliveries are made to the delivery address specified by the customer in their order. Products are in principle delivered exclusively within Belgium.
For deliveries to other countries, prior contact must be made with 'The Winechapter'. The risk of damage, loss or theft is borne by 'The Winechapter' until the moment of delivery of the goods to the customer. At that point, the risk transfers to the customer.
The delivery period is a maximum of 15 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery period is longer, this will be communicated upon confirmation of the order. Under no circumstances is the customer entitled to compensation for exceeding the delivery period.
